Yes, you will find a manager of the structure who will welcome you, open the apartment for you and give you the keys.

When confirming your booking you will need to provide your credit card details as a guarantee. No amount will be charged before the arrival date, unless otherwise agreed and requested by you at the time of booking.

Upon confirmation of the booking, you will need to provide your data, your address of residence and a reference telephone number.
You can cancel your reservation only by writing to us an e-mail up to seven days before the arrival date without paying any penalty.
In case of cancellation in less than seven days before arrival, you will have to pay for the entire stay.
Also in case of no-show you will have to pay for the entire stay.

Stays of more than 30 consecutive days are not accepted.

Parties or events are not allowed.

Booked guests cannot give access to the structure and the pool to their guests / relatives / friends.

Low season rate : 01 October – 31 May

High season rate : 01 June – 30 September
